The Company has a modern, state-of-the-art production facility. The current equipment at the plant are as under:

Tube making - 2 KMK AMS THT with CCM Lines.
Printing - Sanki LTP Flexo Printing Machine.
Latest state-of-the-art Laboratory & Testing facilities.

The Laminated tubes are produced by RPL on KMK high speed equipments using the well-proven KMK Technology of Switzerland.

PRODUCTION STANDARD

At the Plant, RPL continues to follows standard which are similar to ISO 9000 standard. Moreover, the plant also adopted the following practices / guidelines.

TPM (Total Product Maintenance) for manufacturing activity.
GMP (Good Manufacturiong Practices) at the shop floor for manufacturing activity.
HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) during manufacturing process.
BIS (Bureau of Indian Standard) for product testing and certification.
FIFO (First In First Out) system for raw material utilization.
